More than just a park.

One of the most unique neighbourhoods in the city. The houses in the area are of a Victorian design and is surrounded by a diverse shopping area with easy access to the city’s public transit. The area is built around the park established in the 1880’s. By the early 1900’s, the Trinity-Bellwoods area neighbourhood was complete.

Trinity-Bellwoods houses were built largely between 1880 and 1905. Sizes vary from small to medium and the architecture of the homes largely remain intact. The houses and properties of the area are nestled in and around the picturesque tree-lined streets.

Vibrant, Diverse and Alive

This area of the city is alive. The St-Clair West corridor is comprised of a number of neighbourhoods and iconic burrows like Wychwood Park and Corsa Italia. The majority of the homes are Victorian homes that were built between 1880 and 1910.

The area is also home to many different nationalities. In the 1960’s as the Italian portion of the population moved a little north, they were replaced by the Portuguese, Chinese, Vietnamese and Spanish nationalities that make up the majority of the area. This mix of cultures gives the area the international flavour that it enjoys today.

The perfect home for your home

This Area is very popular with families that have young children. The present day neighbourhood was developed around the Allenby Public School which opened in 1927. The area is incredibly peaceful and the best place in the city to raise a family.

The area’s tudor style houses were built in the 1930’s and 1940’s. An example of the city’s development north of the downtown corridor. They include a mix of detached two storey homes and bungalows. The area has above average lot size, making them prime for renovations or for families looking to enjoy more open private spaces in the big city.
